the hotel was centrally located. i was able to walk everywhere i wanted. breakfast was sit down and order. it was a nice change from other self serve that i experienced.
i requested a late checkout upon checkin and was told i could have until 2pm upon checkout. they changed this on checkout and did not allow a late checkout. i had to call for amenities over 5 times before receiving them.

The hotel had very clean and well kept decor. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast included with my stay was especially nice. It felt very personalized, not like a generic buffet.
I had to call multiple times to get amenities delivered to my room. This was inconvenient as I expected them to be readily available. I also found it quite frustrating because it took time from my vacation.

The location was very central to everything I wanted to see.
The air conditioning in my Beautiful Double Room didn't work properly (it was quite warm) so the sleep quality suffered. I had to ask repeatedly for it to be looked at, annoying. It was never really resolved.

The staff was friendly and helpful, comfortable atmosphere. The location is excellent, right in the center of everything! The design is nice and the breakfast is amazing!!! I found the beds comfy and the towels were luxurious, a rare treat in hotels. The rooms were also a decent size.
I would have liked to have had a kettle in the room.
